These terms apply to gofreedomdirect.com and join.gofreedomdirect.com. By using either site or sending us a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Freedom Direct LLC ("Freedom Direct") is a licensed insurance agency based in Columbus, Ohio. We are not an insurance company. The carrier that issues a policy is responsible for that policy and its benefits.

General information only

Our site gives general information about insurance and retirement products. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. Please talk with a qualified professional about your own situation.

Quotes and coverage

• Sending a form does not give you coverage.
• A quote or estimate is not an offer of insurance.
• The carrier decides whether to approve you and sets your final price.
• Coverage starts only under the policy terms set by the carrier.
• Do not cancel existing coverage until new coverage is in force.

Licensing and availability

Products and carriers vary by state, and not everyone will qualify. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation in any place where we are not licensed to provide it.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 and in the United States to request a quote or apply. Please give us accurate information. False information on an insurance application can be fraud.

Agent opportunities

Sending an application does not guarantee an interview, a role, or a contract. Remote Opportunity agents are independent contractors paid commission on their own production. Income is not guaranteed and varies with what each agent produces. Licensing and carrier appointments are also required where they apply.

Text messages

Texts are optional. If you agree to them, we may text you about your request or application. You do not have to agree to texts to buy from us.

The text, images, video, and Freedom Direct name and logo on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Carrier names and logos belong to those carriers. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.

Our site links to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, and our booking calendar. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

No guarantees
